Due to the nature of this business, we cannot offer returns or refunds (if the product(s) ordered have been shipped already). Therefore, please make sure to order the right size/color/... and please carefully check your quality check pictures to ensure everything is correct and ensure a smooth process.
While we declare the packages in a way to make you pay no customs or import duties, we cannot always guarantee it. We always declare the packages in the most suitable way, but sometimes customs do random checks and assess the package value themselves. If they do, they might ask for certain import duties (usually under USD 25). You can often contest this by informing customs of the actual amount paid, and we can help with that. If you face duties, we recommend contacting customs first before paying.
As mentioned in the insurance policy, we declare packages to pass customs inspection. However, random checks may occur. The chance is very low (about 1 in 10,000). Without insurance, we are not responsible for customs detaining your shoes. This is a risk with buying replicas, but it’s rare.
